Here's how it works, you get a pedicure like you normally would but after they buff your toenails (and give you that oh-so-wonderful foot massage), have them apply a patent leather top coat (like the Patent Leather Top Coat by China Glaze), add the nail polish color, then top off with the patent leather top coat. The result is a slick finish that's ready for the Red Carpet!
